1. No Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital and virtual services, once a purchase or subscription is made, it is non-refundable. This applies to all pre-packaged digital marketing services, as well as custom plans for local businesses. Our services involve time, expertise, and resources that are dedicated to each client, making refunds impossible.

2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee with Unlimited Revisions

While we do not offer refunds, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results of the services we provide, we will work with you to make the necessary revisions until you are happy with the outcome.

  • We provide unlimited revisions within the scope of the purchased plan, ensuring that the services are tailored to your needs.
  • You must communicate any issues or revisions promptly, and we will make reasonable efforts to address them as quickly as possible.

3. Minimum Commitment Period

  • All plans have a minimum commitment of 3 months, with a 6-month commitment recommended for optimal results. This minimum period ensures that we have enough time to implement and adjust digital marketing strategies for effective outcomes.
  • After the minimum commitment period, clients can cancel their plan at any time before the next billing cycle. Please note that no refunds will be provided for any past payments, and services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel their plan at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations can be requested via email at order@digitallyhive.com.
  • Cancellations must be done in writing, and any outstanding payments will still be due before the cancellation is processed.

5. Changes to the Service

In the event that we are unable to fulfill a service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and provide an alternative solution. If no suitable solution can be provided, we will offer you a credit for future services, but no monetary refunds will be issued.

6. Dispute Resolution

If the matter cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be handled according to the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
